Shipping policy

With our standard delivery option you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days of your order being dispatched. Door to door parcel tracking is provided by email or SMS via our carriers Royal Mail and DPD. Standard UK Mainland delivery FREE on orders over £50.

For digital products or services (such as e-gift cards or Peace of Mind Policy purchases), the product is delivered within 1 working day via email.

With the exception of digital products (which cannot be returned or refunded), we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can do this by contacting the team via email on hello@rideto.com.
